Stellar Field ready for POWERMAN Greece 2019

Only a few days are left for the biggest run-bike-run event that has ever been organized in Greece , the “POWERMAN Greece 2019”. This magnificent event will take place in Loutraki in 24th of March 2019 and will host more than 300 athletes from 30 different countries, including not only age groupers but also renowned elite athletes that are expected to offer us a great spectacle.

Among Elite Men, Diego Van Looy from Belgium is expected to have a lead role and claim his 2nd victory for this year as he is in a very good shape and he was the winner of Powerman Mallorca. Of course we couldn’t leave out of the favorites the French Gael Lebellec, last year’s world champion who still remains one of the expected winners and of course Seppe Odeyn from Belgium is also one of the expected athletes on the podium. Other athlets that are expected to have a lead role are Michele Paone (LIE), Denis Šketako (SLO) , Matt Smith (AUS) , Kasper Laumann Hartlev (DEN) , Tribaut Le Cras (FRA). Greece will be represented by duathlon champion and Powerman ambassador Grigoris Skoularikis and Triathlon Champion Grigoris Souvatzoglou.

For women, among the highlights are the Swiss Melanie Maurer and the Slovak Kristina Lapinova. For Greece, Deniz Dimaki has the advantage of “home” also has strong chance of getting to the podium. Of course as in every multisport event, everything will be decided from little details, so all scenarios are open. The spectacle will be rich, the course is very intense and with strong moments. Surely it’s a show nobody should miss.    

The event is held under the auspices of International Powerman Association., the municipality of Loutraki – Perahora – Ag. Theodoroi, the region of Peloponnese and Greek Ministry of Tourism, Loutraki Tourism Organization
